Naga Senior High School commenced in the year 2016 upon the implementation of the K to 12 Program of the Department of Education with Academic and TVL Tracks as its offerings. It started as an extension of Naga National High School- Junior High having same School Head. Currently, it has already its independent School Head though, not a stand-alone school.

It prides solely of its quality education with high-rated, well-trained and skilled teachers and the active parents and community members. It produces highly and globally competitive students equipped with 21st Century, Collaboration, Creativity, Communication and Critical Thinking Skills. Specifically, it offers the following:

A. Academic Track
1. Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM); 
2. Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS);
3.  Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM)
 

B. Technical, Vocational and Livelihood Track
1. Information Communication and Technology (ICT); 
2. Cookery (Bread and Pastry Production Food and Beverage Services);
3.  Electrical Installation Management (EIM); and 
4. Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
